About the Instructor
Alex is a meditation practitioner and psychotherapist. He holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Chicago, where he received training in dialectical behavior therapy, a mindfulness-based intervention. Alex’s meditation practice began at the Chicago Zen Center during his undergraduate studies.
