As a health & life coach for the past 7+ years, Hadlee has discovered that the energy and capacity to achieve big things comes from two things:
1. Optimizing your health and automating daily habits to support the natural rhythms and needs of your body. This gives you MORE energy, and by actually automating those habits, you don't have energy drain from decision fatigue when you're effort-ing your way toward health.
2. Managing your energy (instead of your time) within your business so that you actually do more of what gives you energy and less of what drains it!
During this workshop, she will be helping us discover where we're leaking energy in our businesses, and how to manage our energy, instead of our time.
