About the Instructor
Alex is a meditation practitioner and psychotherapist based in San Diego. He began meditating at the Chicago Zen Center during college after taking a class on Buddhist psychology. Alex holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Chicago, where he received training in dialectical behavior therapy.
