Join us for a soulful journey to the sanctuary of loving kindness embedded within us all - the Heart. Together, our intention will be to have a collective mystical experience of the spiritual heart center and immerse ourselves in feelings of compassion, courage, and a Love supreme.  This experience will combine a custom crafted cup of cacao, gentle yogic and somatic exercises, and an immersive soundscape journey featuring aromatherapy and loving touch.

Hypsy and Oak are both established Yoga Healers local to San Diego. Having been a Cosmic unit for over 19 years, together they project the balance of sacred feminine and masculine energies in their offerings.  

Hypsy thrives on empowering and elevating her students, encouraging a safe container for expression and empowerment; her style of teaching weaves together dance, strength, and ancient wisdom - specializing in movement, breathwork, and mudras. She is also a cacao master facilitator, having studied right under Maya Moon’s very own founder & CEO, Kathryn Rogers.

Oak provides a grounding and nurturing environment for his students, offering a space for relaxation, contemplation, and meditative movement. Oak’s style of teaching reinforces stillness and spaciousness - excelling in meditation, mindful movement and sound healing - Oak’s specialty is orchestrating a soundscape with an array of instruments that is truly unforgettable.
